“I have to say, I had a zero intention of making a conversion to private from my mixed practice when first consulting Jayne. I was doing more than OK and it provided for my family and I liked my patients. I provided some very simple accounts prior to our first meeting and it soon became apparent that circumstances needed to change quickly.

I had not realised that the private patients were more than propping up the NHS side of my practice.
