Jayne is an award-winning business consultant who has worked with over 1,000 principals and their teams, as well as associates. She has been active in incorporating aesthetics into dentistry for over 20 years, having developed one of the first dental practises in the UK to do so. Private doctors and surgeons are increasingly looking for her expertise to assist them in dealing with the issues that come with private healthcare.

Innovation

Jayne’s practice, which she owned and managed with her husband Dr Jonathan Sproson, is considered a blueprint for the many modern practices of today – here’s why:

Registration – Due to the breadth of treatments provided, it was one of the first three dental practices to be registered with the precursor of the CQC, the HCC, and it was recognised as an independent hospital at the time. They offered regular restorative and preventative dentistry, as well as in-house specialists.
Employee Relations – Each clinic was overseen by a coordinator — the earliest form of a TCO service if you will – all of whom were trained by Jayne. The medical aesthetics branch included a cosmetic GP, laser nurses, facial aesthetics, and a retail component.
Patient Journey Alignment – The offering was founded on the idea that the patient journey and surroundings should match their patients’ high level of clinical care. This meant that there was a significant investment in team development. They employed 3D imaging for skin consultations and were always on the cutting edge of technology.
Results – They quadrupled the company in four years and sold it after five years, relocating to Jersey in the Channel Islands before returning to the UK mainland a few years ago.

Certification

Jayne’s knowledge and qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Strategic
Digital Marketing places her clients in a position where ‘no stone is left unturned’ in her
approach to supporting clients.

Certified Brand Specialist Level C

Her areas of expertise are best utilised at a strategic level and in training those teams who
will carry out the day-to-day operations. If you like, she becomes your virtual Business

direction to fulfil your objectives whilst still retaining your sanity!

Recreation

Off duty, if Jayne is not acting like four-year-old – whilst entertaining grandchildren -, she is mainly found with her beloved dogs, Betty & Bo or reminiscing about fitter days whilst thrashing out a ride on her Peloton. She also loves playing hostess and consumes books at an incredible rate.
